Good news from Nintendo…

According to a recent report from Nikkei, the Nintendo Switch will be getting a smaller, more portable version this fall! Luckily, as is customary with these sort of things, the new hardware will also be less costly, allowing more fans access to this wonderful machine. Though the new device will focus on portability, it was mentioned that you will still be able to dock it to use on a T.V. This comes as truly exciting news considering all the new and amazing titles available now and coming soon!

Next-gen for Nintendo?

In this report, there was also mention of a possible next-generation console for Nintendo, but details are a little fuzzy. One quote from the report mentioned a “next-generation device that is a full model change of the current hardware”. We will certainly keep an eye on this, as the project is still currently in concept phase. There is sure to be more updates on the mini-Switch, as well as hopefully more info on the new console, at this years E3 convention.
