In Mysarium, you build small universes in pretty glass containers. Think small terrariums with more decor options than just plants. There’s no rush, either. You have no timers to beat and no challenges to complete. Just enjoy the slowed-down, no-pressure joys of designing a world of your own. Also use the built-in Pomodoro Timer to get work done with some breaks scheduled for peak productivity. Find the perfect balance between work and stress-free play!
Mysarium offers a variety of terrarium shapes, such as a teapot, globe, or jar. Pick the terrain you like best. Plus, choose objects like trees and rocks, and decorations like buildings, statues, and ponds. Experiment with shapes and colors to discover different environmental effects. Sprout new plants from seeds you receive daily. Also interpret poetic riddles to determine the correct balance of soil, water, and light to successfully grow plants. And complete your collection book by collecting all kinds of things. There are elements, colors, photos, items, stories, and curiosities. Do all of this while listening to a chill lofi soundtrack, too!
Mysarium is currently listed on itch.io, where you can check out the devlogs. There is currently no release date information available.

Welcome to Go-Go Town, the quirky town-building sim where you’re thrust into the job of mayor. You’re dumped into a derelict town to restore it. It’s going to take a lot of work, too. There are homes to build, shops to stock, and residents to recruit. With the right tools and a can-do attitude, though, you can achieve a top-rated town! Discover the joys of delegation and automation as you build this place up from scratch. Decorate, explore, design, and more!

Go-Go Town has finally left early access as of July 16th. With this 1.0 release, the game’s content has also expanded SO much. There’s also been a long list of fixes and overall improvements to help your game stay fun. If you’ve been waiting for a good time to pick up this super fun game, now’s the time. It’s even on sale until July 30th.
The new Creative Mode allows you to flex your decorative muscles. Go crazy plotting how you want your town laid out without the stress of collecting materials or paying for schematics. In Story Mode, there’s a new Treasure Hunting system. As you go about your day building and exploring, you can discover artifacts, fish, gems, relics, and fossils. You can then display your favorite finds in Town Hall for all to see. It’s like filling the museums in all of your favorite cozy games!
A new Tech Tree gives you the ability to rebuy items like decorations for the town when you’ve run out of them. Or even more tools for the industry areas, too. They just all cost more EGO points, which accumulate pretty quickly anyway. Town rankings also offer rewards at each tier and no longer have time requirements, making the game far cozier and more relaxing. Maintenance workers will collect loose items sitting on the ground and stow them away in Lost and Found. There’s even a new pest to deal with. Garbirds, which look like the pelican’s more chaotic cousin, will root through the town trash cans. Not only do they cause a mess, but they scare tourists. Deal with them or they’ll stick around losing you business.
Also in Go-Go Town is a new tutorial. It carefully shows you all the basics of how to play the game by explaining and having you do the thing. It’s great for a more-hands on learning approach, which we love. Plus, there are sprinklers for easier farm plot watering. Parking garages improve the vehicle storage situation. There’s also achievements to earn and a new Trinket shop fitout. The new Import app lets you buy anything you want, too. Need a new vehicle? A single tomato? Import it! And if you’re interested in all the nitty gritty details of all the 1.0 bug fixes and design changes, check out the patch notes on Steam. It’s a massive list.

Don’t think just because 1.0 has been released, that the developers are done with the game. In fact, they’re far from it! They released a roadmap with the news of the 1.0 release, saying their next major update will include more bug fixes, QOL improvements, and something about a tool wheel for tools anywhere. After that, we can look forward to more ways to play in co-op, musical instruments, vehicle customization, new vehicles, and trailer upgrades for more vehicle carrying capacity. After that, who knows! The developers are open to ideas, so send them some feedback if there’s something you’d like to see. Until then, grab Go-Go Town on Steam or Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 while it’s on sale and have a ton of fun!

June of 2024 brought cozy gamers a quirky, loveable city builder called Go-Go Town that is just full of fun. In the game, you are unceremoniously dropped off in a town that has seen much better days. In fact, it was once a bustling tourist town, but now it doesn’t see much of anything anymore. Tourists don’t visit, and people don’t even live there anymore. TownCo. wrangled you into some sort of deal where you become the mayor of this town to revive it totally. That means you not only have creative license to decorate and arrange it how you like, but you also need to manage residents, resources, and so, so much more!
The last two years have seen some awesome things added to Go-Go Town: new vehicles, online co-op, emotes, decorations, and way more. There have even been fun seasonal events to celebrate real-world holidays like Halloween, Lunar New Year, and Valentine’s Day. Of course, there have been bug fixes and QOL updates, too. The developers have done an incredible job with the game, and they’re not done yet. 1.0 releases July 16th, bringing even more awesome content to give cozy gamers the best of the best.

The first thing to know about the 1.0 release of Go-Go Town is that your early access saves will not be compatible. You won’t lose those saves and can still play on them, but they will not be 1.0 saves. That said, starting over will be worth it to get to see all the changes. There will be two different modes to choose from. Story Mode to experience the story and progression of the game as is intended, and Creative Mode, where you can flex your creative muscles. Creative Mode is perfect for testing out layouts and decorations before totally committing to something on a Story Mode playthrough!
For all of you collector types, rejoice, because Go-Go Town will have treasure hunting. That means, as you’re wandering through town collecting wood or stone, you may come across some unique treasures, fish, and bugs. You can then display them in the Town Hall. Enjoy a revamped tech tree, reworked EGO, and town economy. Plus, there’s going to be upgraded progression and challenges to bring even more fun to the table. You can also look forward to a vehicle garage (to store all our cool vehicles??) and off-road driving. Who doesn’t want to go crazy across the back country? There will be new shops to build, recipes to craft, and a totally revamped tutorial to make learning the game even easier.

Over the coming week, there will be more specific information released on what’s coming to Go-Go Town in the 1.0 release. This update drops July 16th on Steam, which is just about a week away!
