Attention all Poke’ fans! There is an all new creature collection game in the old-school pixel style that is surely worth a look. It is called Coromon, and has been in development for quite some time now. However, the developers have just announced that the game should be ready for release by the end of this year, 2021, and will be available on PC and Mac via Steam, and will be coming to mobile shortly after.

Coromon is an all new creature collection game inspired by the first games of the Pokemon series. This game brings us an all new adventure, with many cool and crazy creatures to discover. In Coromon, it is up to you to stop a new secret organization that is bent on releasing a horrible darkness into the world.

You must collect monsters and train with them so that you may be powerful enough to overcome this evil corporation. Do you have what it takes to train a team powerful enough to be the next CoroChampion? It’s a totally fresh take on the immensely nostalgic genre.

Since being announced what seems like many lifetimes ago, Snacko has been growing bigger and cuter by the day. The developers have been practicing due diligence when it comes to keeping the fans updated, and the new trailer shows that the game is coming along just fine.

For those that may have missed it, Snacko is an upcoming life sim indie game. It has everything one could hope for in a sim game, including the opportunity to take part in a new life as a cat. With a variety of features including farming, fishing, decorating, and exploring, the aim of the game is to recruit animal friends and rebuild an abandoned island where cats (naturally) rule the world!

For those that may have missed it, Yokai Inn is an adorable life sim indie game that is currently in production. This cutesy title is chock full of all the features we have come to know and love from a life sim game; like mining, helping NPC’s, running a restaurant and much more. The developer has been quite prudent when it comes to sharing the progress of the game.

Recently, the developer has shared a new video that gives fans a closer look at how the shopping will function in Yokai Inn. You may visit the little store to buy different supplies that you may need throughout the game, but don’t be too shy to interact with the different creatures while you are there.
The developer also released a small snippet showing what it will be like to decorate your home in the game. Placing furniture and making your home more cozy is as simple as a click or two.

For those that have been following myPotatoGames, you all very well know that I just can’t get enough of Animal Crossing, or any game that claims inspiration from this most-esteemed franchise. Nothing quite takes me to my zen zone like helping anthropomorphic animals be their happiest selves, and live their best life. Well, developer Fabien Weibel will soon be releasing a game that fits snuggly into this category.

Haven Park is a smallish life sim game that takes place in a gorgeous and flourishing natural park. You take on the role of an adorable little avian named Flint. Flint and his family have been living in and taking care of the national park of generations. It is now time for Flint to take the reigns, and be everything the forrest needs him to be.

You’re primary goal is to help the natural park become inhabited by happier creatures. This will mean talking to and sometimes helping out the other animals of the forrest. Explore the open world to discover the mysteries hidden in the nooks and crannies. You will also have plenty of space to build some nice little cozy zones and campsites.
Through helping others and expanding the park, you will unlock skill points that can be used to make Flint more efficient at helping others. The game is played at your own pace, and is meant to be a relaxing adventure full of charming friends.
Haven Park will release on Steam in April this year. Head there now to wishlist!
For more information on Haven Park, you can check out the games official website. You can also follow the developer on Twitter.

For those that may have missed it, Littlewood is a cute little farming game that was fully inspired by games like Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. The game released last August on Steam and has received an overwhelming amount of wonderful reviews.
Players often mention how the game is super relaxing and addicting every moment. Its described as a laid back version of Stardew Valley. Just last month, developer Sean Young finally brought his masterpiece to the console it belongs on. You can currently purchase Littlewood for the Switch for just $14.99.

Littlewood is a cute farming and life sim game that puts you in the role of the hero of the world after the world has already been saved…by you! So what does the world’s hero do next? He rebuilds his community, that’s what. To do so, you will need to interact with villagaers, fulfill requests, fish, farm, mine and basically anything else that will help this destroyed world transform into a bustling community.

There can never be quite enough Animal Crossing inspired games, especially when they bring some new fun things to the beloved village simulation genre. Amber Isle is set in a cozy town populate by cute little Dino villagers.
Amber Isle is all about delivering that wholesome and adorable feel of fuzziness you get when strolling through your village in games like Animal Crossing.
Once you arrive in Amber Isle you will be meeting a bunch of quirky and unique Dino characters that full heartedly welcome you to your new village and help you get set up.
Amber Isle is still in early development so not many details have been revealed just yet but the game will let you open and run your very own tiny shop of course with the help of your new friends. Collect resources, craft items and mark them for sale for all other Dino villagers to enjoy.

The developers already mentioned that the Dinos populating your village will have more depth to their characters than what is typically found in games like Animal Crossing, making interactions more unique and more meaningful.
For the example the developers said that every Dino has their own “personalities, hobbies, occupations and they’ll talk about those” making talking to villagers feel more rewarding and interactive.
There are no details yet when the game will release and what platforms we may see it on – however, you can join the developers on Twitter to follow the games progress closely. Of course I will be keeping an eye on it myself as well.

For those that may have missed it, Kitaria Fables is an upcoming RPG game with loads of cuteness where you get to play as a fully customizable kitty.
In this title you jump into the role of a kitten that may appear absolutely adorable, but packs a bunch of powers that are needed to fulfill the many requests villagers may ask you to help them with. And who doesn’t love helping villagers.

You find yourself in a village where you can also own your very own home. Whenever you hang out at your house you can customize the look and feel of your cat-tastic character. But the fun awaits when you leave your four walls. Villagers of all kinds are populating the cozy village around you.
In a recent Tweet, the developers shared a small video that gives us a look at what the different environmental zones look like, and just how much love and care went into making the weather super fun and immersive.
